START YOUR FITNESS JOURNEY TODAY
You don’t have to workout crazy hard. But you do have to exercise around 3-4 times a week. Where or how do I begin? It’s one of the top fitness questions I get asked, and understandably so. Beginning any journey is intimidating, let alone one that is health and fitness related. But with the proper information and preparation, it doesn’t have to be. I design each fitness and nutrition program around each client. I focus on four strategic pillars designed to support building a new fitness routine.
Four strategic pillars in my program:
MONITORING
ACCOUNTABILITY
SCHEDULING
FOUNDATION

Body sculpting programs
Body sculpting, also called weight training, resistance training, or strength training, is a form of exercise which uses external weight or resistance or your own bodyweight to stress the muscles. The end result is newly toned or sculpted muscles. Body sculpting can help you get in shape, tone the body and lose weight.
Muscle gain program
This workout program is designed to increase your muscle mass. I work closely with you to strategically help you gain a high amount of strength and muscle mass. I have designed each program to fit in with your life making it fluid enough to accommodate anyone’s busy schedule.
Train For Something
It is human nature to resist change. However, when you embrace a Train For Something mindset you begin to realize it as a call to action, an action that will change your life. We have partnered with the Train For Something to help motivate and challenge you to accept change and actively engage with the program.
Cardio training program
My cardio training program provides a well-rounded workout routine. Cardio only burns calories during the exercise and for a short time afterward, as opposed to strength training’s ability to build muscle that increases the body’s overall energy needs over the long term. That’s why it’s important to include both cardio and strength training in your workout program — especially if weight loss is a goal.
Healthy eating plan
The key to achieving and maintaining a healthy weight isn’t about short-term dietary changes. It’s about a lifestyle that includes healthy eating, regular physical activity, and balancing the calories you consume with the calories your body uses. If you need to gain or lose weight, you’ll need to balance your diet and activity level to achieve your goal. My program is easy-to-follow.
Weight reduction program
Safe weight reduction takes time and effort, but by making lifestyle changes that incorporate proper nutrition and physical activity, you can lose and maintain your weight for the long-term. Regular physical activity is important for good health, when losing weight, more physical activity increases the number of calories your body uses for energy or “burns off.” Are you ready to lose weight?
